The stories, reminiscences of Ms. Kingston's childhood in the Parsley Bay area of Sydney harbor. Fairlie and Peter are both artists: Fairlie working in ceramics and Peter as a painter and print-maker. They share a sense of humor that is palpable in all they create, as in the stories here and the images that accompany them.
Peter Kingston has created several artist's books, as well as enjoying a successful career as an artist whose work is in the Australian National Gallery, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Australian Bank and other public and private collections. This collaboration with his sister has resulted in a charming book - capturing a more innocent time in print and image. Item #10499
